Pupil Premium
The pupil premium is intended to support schools in narrowing the gap in attainment between identified groups of pupils. The Pupil Premium fund can be used to target specific training or for interventions with the aim of accelerating the rate of pupil progress.
It is for schools to decide how the Pupil Premium is spent, since they are best placed to assess what additional provision should be made.
We regularly review our schools' pupil premium strategy. The impact of the pupil premium grant is monitored termly and at the end of the school year, via 1:1 assessment, via provision mapping meetings and through surveys/questionnaires. This is also reviewed by the Pupil Premium Link Governor and discussed termly by members of our Governing Body.
