  • A Message from the Headteacher

At Tadworth, our mission is simple: we want every child to ‘enjoy and achieve.’ We are dedicated to helping our pupils discover new passions and develop their unique talents through a rich variety of experiences that extend far beyond the classroom.

Inspiring Academic Excellence

We consistently achieve strong academic results by rooting fundamental skills in a curriculum designed to inspire and motivate. Learning is brought to life through:

  • A Creative Curriculum: Engaging lessons that transform education into an adventure.

  • The Arts: A vibrant culture of performance, including our popular KS2 drama club which stages a highly anticipated annual musical.

  • Enriching Trips and Visits: A well-established programme of outings and visiting speakers that sparks curiosity across all curriculum areas.

Reading and Enrichment

At our school, we want reading to be at the heart of every child's education. From our stunning library to the diverse collections in every classroom, we foster a lifelong passion for books. This love of learning is further supported by our wide selection of extracurricular clubs and hands-on experiences.

A Holistic Approach to Wellbeing

As proud holders of the Surrey Healthy Schools Award, we are deeply committed to the physical and emotional wellbeing of our pupils:

  • Nutritious Dining: Our in-house catering team, ‘Tadworth Treats’, provides delicious, balanced meals that the children really enjoy.

  • Sporting Spirit: Through our PE curriculum and diverse sports clubs, pupils learn the value of teamwork and sportsmanship. We take great pride in our students’ many successes in inter-school competitions.

  • Giving Back: Citizenship is central to our ethos; every year group supports a designated charity, helping children understand their place and impact in the wider world.

A Thriving School Community

We are fortunate to offer our pupils spacious grounds and modern, well-resourced classrooms. This environment is constantly enhanced by our active PTA, whose incredible fundraising efforts recently transformed our playgrounds and outdoor learning spaces.

Behind every success at Tadworth is a dedicated staff team and a highly experienced governing body, all working together to provide the best possible start for your child.

Visit Us

Choosing a school is one of the most important decisions you will make. The best way to experience the energy and warmth of Tadworth is to see it in action.

Visitors are always welcome—we look forward to showing you what makes our school so special.
