Data protection
Tadworth Primary School has a number of documents and policies relating to Data Protection. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the school office who will direct your query to the relevant person.

There may be a charge for dealing with a request for information. If your request is in relation to a child's educational record, the fee is dependant on the number of pages of information supplied, with a maximum fee of £50.00. If the request does not relate to any information that forms part of the educational record, the maximum fee is £10.00.
Financial Information
There are no school employees who have a gross annual salary of £100,000 or more.

Google do store and log information but this data is encrypted in transmission and at rest, at the same time Google have a contract that says they do not share the data. A link to this contract can be found here:
In addition, Google has signed up to the Student Pledge which was introduced by the Future of Privacy Forum (FPF) and The Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA). It is intended to reflect Google’s commitment to safeguard student personal information in their services designed for use in schools.
