CONSULTATION ON ADMISSION ARRANGEMENTS FOR 2024/25
Consultation 4 October 2022 – 25 November 2022
Consultation is being carried out on the Admission arrangements for Tadworth Primary School for September 2024. The proposed Admission Policy is below.
Why we are consulting
We have a statutory duty to consult on admission arrangements if we intend to make a change.
The changes being proposed are as follows:
- Removal of use of ‘nearest school’ as a criterion within the admission arrangements
- Introduction of a catchment area.
How can I respond to the consultation?
The consultation on the admission arrangements will run until Friday 25 November 2022. If you would like to take part, please email your response to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, if you would prefer to respond on a paper form, please put your response in writing to Clerk to the Governing Body, Tadworth Primary School, Heathcote, Tadworth, Surrey, KT20 5RR.. Please note that all responses need to include the respondent’s name and address.
What happens next?
After the closing date, responses will be collated and presented to the Governing Body who will decide whether to proceed with the proposed changes. Once determined the final admission arrangements for will be placed on the schools website .
