CRB Checks for Volunteers
If we have been asked you to apply for a CRB Disclosure please use the online application form from the below link. Full details of how to complete the application are also attached below.
Once your form has been submitted you will need to bring your identification to Sally Byford so that we can complete and submit our section of the disclosure form.
Although there is not a charge from the CRB for a volunteer application, the school is charged a £7 admin fee from Babcock 4S, who are the umbrella body that process our online applications; if you are able to contribute towards this fee it would greatly appreciated.
